My dog’s weight or height is wrong after I changed the unit.

The kg and lbs buttons, and cm and in, change the unit, not the number. So 20 kg becomes 20 lbs. On the Profile tab, tap the pencil next to your dog’s name, type the right number for the unit you chose, then tap Save.
