The food calculator won’t work or says “Device not found”.

The Food Portion Calculator needs a tracker paired with your account, because it uses your dog’s steps. If it says “Device not found”, pair your tracker, then run the calculator again. If it says “Weight is required”, tap the pencil next to your dog’s name on the Profile tab, add their Weight and tap Save, then run it again. For any other error, check your phone is online and try again.
