I can’t save changes to my dog’s profile.

Save stays greyed out until you change something. If a red message appears under a field, fix that first: “Enter valid weight” or “Enter valid height” means type a number above zero, with a full stop for decimals, like 12.5, and “Pet name must have at least 2 characters” means the name is too short. If an error appears after you tap Save, check your phone is online and try again.
