My dog’s photo won’t upload. What should I do?

Photos need to be a JPEG or PNG of up to 2 MB. If you see “Photo must be 2 MB or smaller” or “Photo must be a JPEG or PNG image”, choose a different photo, or take a new one with your phone’s camera. If you can’t take or choose a photo at all, open your phone’s Settings, find Waggi and allow Camera or Photos. Also check your phone is online.
