I signed in, but my dog and tracker aren’t there.

You’ve probably signed in with a different email address, or a Google, Apple or Facebook account with a different email, which gives you a separate account. Tap Logout in Settings, then sign in exactly as before. Manage Account shows “Signed in via…”.
