The tracker keeps coming loose on the collar. What should I do?

Check the strap goes under the collar and is fastened on the T-shaped stud through a hole that holds it snug. If it’s already on the tightest hole, your dog’s collar may be too narrow for the strap, so contact support. The guide “Attach the tracker on the collar”, under Getting started, shows each step.
